As a zenfolio user, I receive email updates about new features they offer. Just recently they sent an email saying my account can now host video. The main reason I use their service is even though I know how to do programming, I wanted to have a gallery that looked great and was easy to use without much effort.
I liked their interface a lot more than other offerings so it was an easy choice. Beside the gallery ease of use and nice display format, being able to offer prints and other products was a big reason for a paid service too.
